Detail Itinerary

Day 01: Namche Bazaar (3440m) – Stay in a normal Guest House

Pick up from your hotel in Kathmandu and then transfer to domestic airport. Fly to Phakding (2600m) in the morning. After sometime trek to Namche Bazaar. The trek follows the Bhote Koshi River through forest and pasture land, passing through Benker and Jorsale. Cross the Bhote Koshi and climb steeply to the large Sherpa village of Namche. Everest (8848m) and Lhotse (8516m) come into sight. Thamserku (6623m) and Kwangde (6011m) loom to the east and west while the sacred mountain Khumbila (5707m) stands to the north behind the village.

Day 02: Khumjung (3791m) – Stay in a normal Guest House

A trek for about 5 hours leads to Khumjung. This village is one of the most beautiful in Khumbu region.

Day 03: Tengboche (3863m) – Stay in a normal Guest House

The trail descends from Khumjung displaying spectacular views of Amadablam (6812m) and Kangtega (6779m) flanked by the towering heights of Everest (8848m), Lhotse (8501m) and Nuptse (7879m). The trek is about 5 hours.

Day 04: Fly out from Tengboche in the morning.

Breakfast at the Guest House. Explore around until Heli come to pick up, fly back to Kathmandu. Pickup and transfer to Hotel.
