With a degree in Business Management, I began my career as an office assistant at a local trekking company. Over two decades, I advanced to the role of Sales and Operations Manager, gaining valuable insights into the trekking and travel industry. During the pandemic, I founded Red Reach Himalaya, driven by a commitment to offer personalized services and draw on my extensive experience to create meaningful travel experiences.

At Red Reach Himalaya, we are passionate about sharing the natural beauty and cultural diversity of Nepal, Tibet, and Bhutan. Nepal’s rich blend of cultures and traditions has always inspired me, and I enjoy helping travelers connect with the region’s stories and way of life.

Tom Franken, a retired member of the Royal Dutch Alpine Club (NKBV) and a frequent visitor to Nepal, brings a wealth of trekking experience and a genuine love for the region’s landscapes and people. I’ve been fortunate to support his adventures, assisting with logistics like emergency helicopter evacuations from Lukla and arrangements for unique, off-the-beaten-path routes. Similarly, Peter Schampers, with his seasoned expertise and passion for Nepal, has explored the Himalayas extensively. Collaborating with him has allowed me to contribute local knowledge and attention to detail to enhance his journeys.
