Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu. Stay in 5 star Hotel
Pick up by our representative, transfer to hotel. Overnight at Hotel in Kathmandu. After check in, free time to explore Kathmandu on your own, you may visit Boudanath Stupa in the evening or Pashupatinath Temple located closely.
Day 02: Fly to Lukla (2804m) and walk to Monjo (2800m) – 4 hours walk , stay at Everest Summit Lodge. (Best Comfort Hotel)
After breakfast , escort to airport by guide. Fly to Lukla. The flight from Kathmandu to Lukla and the landing at the small mountain airstrip is something you will be talking about for many years to come. After landing on the newly resurfaced airstrip, you will probably have a cup of tea at one of the lodge in Lukla before commencing trek. Bypass several villages before making a lunch stop at a beautiful spot alongside the Thada Kosi (river) below the base of the Kusum Kangru Himal. The second half of the trek to Monjo does not take more than 4 hours. The next big tourist village on the way to Monjo is Phakding (8700 ft/ 2,652 m). The entire walk from Lukla to Monjo is mostly easy walking over gentle up and down hills. Memories of the first day will include the sounding birds, the sights of porters with loads resting on sticks outside tea houses, tired trekkers on their way back to Lukla, prayer flag poles, the gaudy colors of the tea houses and ofcourse the dramatic scenery. Warm welcome tea served with cookies and cakes await you at the Monjo Lodge.
Day 03: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m)- 4/5 hours walk, stay at Yeti Moutanin Home Namche or Similar (Best Comfort Hotel).
Few minutes beyond the lodge, you enter into Everest National Park area where entry formalities have to be completed. Today will be one of the harder days of the trek but we take it slowly, enjoying the scenery as you climb gradually upto Namche Bazar. Along the way there are two suspension bridges to cross as you zig zag up the Dudh Kosi river to reach at the base of the climb to Namche. A long steep climb but with several stops to catch your breath, and a slow pod, we make our way steadily upwards. The trail to Namche Bazar is a well marked, comfortable broad trail. Walking in the cool part of the morning it is easier to breathe and get used to the increasing altitude. After a easy paced three hours of hike you arrive at the heart of Khumbu- Namche Bazar (3440 mts). A well deserved break is planned for lunch and to look around this interesting small town.
Day 04: Short walk to Tashinga (3440m) – 3 to 4 hours walk - Stay at Everest Summit Lodge(Best Comfort Hotel)
From Namche the trail to Tashinga follows the classical approach route to Everest. Follow the almost level, winding trail for about 3 hours before we take a slight detour from the main trail and arrive at the lodge within the next 15 minutes.
Day 05: Trek to Pangboche (4252m)- 4/5 hours walk, Stay at Everest Summit Lodge(Best Luxury Hotel)
The descent to the Dudh Koshi river and the gradual ascent to the Tengboche Plateau (3780 m) is no more than three hours walk. On the way up to Tengboche through rhododendron forest it is quite common to be accompanied by monks, trekkers and traders. During the lunch break visit the most famous monastery in Khumbu. Bypass Deboche, where you find a nunnery and shortly thereafter walk along the Imja Drangka river to Pangboche. For the most part it is a comfortable and scenic walk. Our lodge in Pangboche is located right along the trail to Everest and almost at the base of the Mt. Ama Dablam.
Day 06: Trek to Pheriche (4280m) – 3 to 4 hours walk, stay at Himalayan Hotel or local best lodge- This is not high quality lodge but best available one
Walk through the rhododendron forest. Make steady desend to the river and follow it very much on a level path to Dingboche. There is a high altitude aid post at Pheriche. It is staffed by American and European voluntary doctors from western countries.
Day 07: Trek to Lobuche (4930m)- 4 to 5 hours walk - best available one. This is not high quality lodge but best available one

Day 08: Trek to Everest Base camp (5364m) and back to Gorak Shep (5170m) - best available one. This is not high quality lodge but best available one
Start early morning to walk along glacier terrain and wide field of big stones. You reach the very edge of Khumbu glacier. Nuptse (7881 m/ 25850 ft) and Pumori (7147 m/23442 ft) is just above the camp site. Trek to Everest Base camp and return to Gorakshep for overnight. Gorakshep is the last human settlement.
Day 09: Climb Kala pathhar (5545m) then trek to Pangboche (4252m), stay at Luxury Everest Summit Lodge - Pangboche
Continue to climb to Kalapathhar (5545m/18192 ft). The ascent to the summit is steep but very gradual. It would take about 2 to 3 hours depending upon your condition. Once at the summit you get a great view of Mt. Everest just in front of you. After spending sometime at the summit descend to Gorakshep and easy walk down to Panboche to relax in a quiet and nice luxury hotel. The service itself is awesome here.
Day 10: Trek to Namche Bazaar. Stay at Yeti Mountain Home or Similar
If you are not tired enough, you can walk to another village to explore, Khumjung is recommended. It is a nice Sherpa village surrounded by the mighty Himalayas. Walk through Syanboche and quick glimpse of Everest View Hotel if time permit. Retrace trail to Namche Bazaar.
Day 11: Walk to Lukla stay is Everest Summit Lodge (Best Luxury Hotel)
Retrace trail to Lukla. Long walk but pleasant. Lukla, the gateway to Mt. Everest, lies at 2804m . The lodge is most conveniently located directly opposite the airport. Spacious rooms, a lovely sunny garden and traditional interiors make for a very warm welcome to guests arriving in the Khumbu. Excursion to the nearby village of Bom, just below at 9600 ft / 3000m, with a view looking down towards Lukla and the very interesting airport is an option for guests spending their last night in Lukla.
Day 12: Fly Lukla to Kathmandu. Transfer to Hotel , Overnight at Dwarika Hotel
You will take an early morning flight to Kathmandu where our staff will be waiting for you and transfer you to your hotel.
Day 13: In Kathmandu – sightseeing tour of Kathmandu visiting Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan city and Bhaktapur. In Dwarika Hotel
Kahmandu Durbar Square is the historic seat of Shah Dynasty. The Durbar Square, with its old temples and places, epitomizes the religious and cultural life of the people. It is here that Kings of Nepal are crowned and their coronations solemnized. Interesting things to seek here are; Taleju Temple built by King Mahendra Malla in 1549 A.D., Kal Bhairav, the God of destruction, Nautalle Durbar, Coronation Nasal Chowk, the Gaddi Baithak, the statue of King Pratap Malla, the Big Bell, Drum and the Jagannath Temple. Swoyambhunath Stupa, atop the hillock is one of the holiest Buddhist sites in Nepal enlisted in the World Heritage Site.
Patan Durbar Square, most prominent place to see is Krishna Mandir which was built in the seventeenth century. This temple holds a commanding position in the palace complex of Patan. It is supposed to be the first specimen of Shikara style architecture in Nepal. It is the only temple in Nepal having 21 spires and is completely made of stone. Golden Temple and Durbar Square are some important places to see in Patan.
Bhaktapur Durbar Square is still on the fringe of medieval age. Known as Bhadgaon, it is famous for making mask. Their mask dance is very impressive. Square around the palace (Durbar Square) has many temples built in pagoda style. Famous are a five storied Nyatapola temple built in 1708 AD and Dattatrya temple built in 1427 AD. The intricately carved peacock window and numerous fountains inside the palace are other attraction.
Day 14: Transfer to airport, depart Kathmandu. End of service.
Breakfast at hotel. Free time until departure. Transfer to airport, depart Kathmandu.
