Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
Welcome to Nepal. You’ll be greeted at Tribhuvan International Airport and transferred to your hotel. Use the evening to prepare your gear and soak in the first impressions of the capital

Day 02: Holi Festival in Kathmandu
Capture the riot of colors, laughter, and emotion as Kathmandu celebrates Holi. Streets come alive with music, powdered colors, and cultural rituals, perfect for candid and street photography
Day 03: Fly to Nepalgunj, drive to Drive to Dailekh
Catch a morning flight to Nepalgunj and drive north to Dailekh, a lesser-known hill region. Discover terraced landscapes, traditional farming life, and untouched cultural textures

Day 04: Ethical Encounter with the Raute Nomads
Photograph Nepal’s last nomadic tribe, the Raute, known for their forest-based lifestyle and unique resistance to modernization. This visit is ethically arranged in partnership with a local NGO to ensure authenticity and mutual respect. Drive distance 30 to 50 kilometers roundtrip,estimated time 3 to 5 hours
Day 05: Drive to Dang – Tharu Cultural Exploration
Head south into the Dang Valley to meet the Tharu people, known for their distinctive homes, customs, and colorful attire. A rewarding day for ethnographic photography

Day 06: Journey to Bardia National Park
Travel through the Terai lowlands to reach Bardia, Nepal’s most unspoiled national park. Begin exploring the jungle during golden hour. Drive distance 160 kilometers, estimated time 4 hours
Day 07: Full-Day Wildlife Safari in Bardia
Join expert guides on jeep and foot safaris to photograph elephants, rhinos, crocodiles, exotic birds, and if lucky, the elusive Bengal tiger. A highlight for nature photographers
Day 08: Morning Safari and Drive to Nepalgunj via Ethnic Communities
After a final morning safari, travel to Nepalgunj with photographic stops in villages of Chidimar and traditional stone-cutter communities. These encounters offer compelling cultural stories

Day 09: Return to Kathmandu, Visit Bhaktapur and Nagarkot

Day 10: Namobuddha Monastery and Homestay in Panauti

Day 11: Cultural Sites of Patan, Swayambhunath and Kathmandu Durbar Square
Spend the day photographing major cultural sites Patan’s royal courtyards, the sacred Swayambhunath Stupa, and the heart of old Kathmandu at Durbar Square. Drive distance approximately 40 kilometers with stops.

Day 12: Boudhanath and Pashupatinath – Spiritual Close-Up
Start the morning at Boudhanath, one of the world’s largest Buddhist stupas, then move to Pashupatinath, Nepal’s holiest Hindu site, for deeply spiritual and moving photo opportunities

Day 13: Departure from Kathmandu
